Shipping methods

All orders are shipped via express courier (shipments by registered mail will also be resumed as soon as possible).
The customer will receive a shipment tracking code by e-mail within the evening of the day the shipment takes place. With this code, you will be able to be updated on the status of the shipment step by step.

Time to prepare orders

All orders that will be delivered by Express Courier received by 9.00 am, Monday to Friday, are prepared and delivered to the express courier by the same day. All orders received after 9.00 am Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are prepared and delivered to the courier the following day (excluding Saturday). For example, an order received on Tuesday afternoon is delivered to the express courier on Wednesday. (Hours refer to the Italian time zone)

Express Courier takes 24 hours for delivery across Italy, except for some locations in the Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia regions, where delivery is scheduled within 48 hours.

Europe - Usually 24/48 hours

United States and Canada - Usually 48 hours on the Atlantic coast, 72 hours on the Pacific Coast

Other destinations - From 3 to 5 days
